Who will rise up to contend this week at Green Eagle? Put these 5 sleepers on your watch list.

A few big names have stayed in Europe to compete this week on the European Tour at the Porsche European Open at first-time host course, Green Eagle Golf Course in Hamburg, Germany.

PGA Championship winner Jimmy Walker and U.S. Ryder Cup member Patrick Reed are in the field, joining past Masters champ Charl Schwartzel.

Last year, however, Alexander Levy used this tournament as a propeller. His win at Bad Griesbach in Germany vaulted him from No. 170 in the world to No. 105. He’s now in the top 100 after posting another win and two more top-fives since winning this event in 2016.

Without a top-20 global player in the field, the door is open for another underdog to secure a career-defining win.

Let’s take a look at five under-the-radar players who could win. This European Tour season has provided plenty of surprise champions thus far.

Lipsky, Khongwatmai, Bjork, Langasque, Ritthammer
