Solheim Cup: Team Europe ready to take the tee at Des Moines

Florentyna Parker is playing her 8th year on the LET and she’s put 3 LET victories on her résumé. The most recent came at the 2017 Estrella Damm Mediterranean Ladies Open where Parker soundly defeated two of her Solheim Cup teammates, Anna Nordqvist and Carlota Ciganda.

Although Parker is a Solheim Cup rookie she’s bringing experience playing in the Junior Ryder Cup and Curtis Cup as an amateur to Des Moines as well as her team play with Holly Clyburn at the World Ladies Championship.

While Parker is relatively unknown to American women’s golf fans, her impressive performance at LET events over the last three years and her team match play experience should put her in a strong position to help the Europeans advance their challenge to regain possession of the Solheim Cup trophy.
