Wyndham Championship: Top 10 power rankings for Sedgefield

Don’t look now, but Bud Cauley is quietly having a very nice season.

The former elite junior and amateur player is beginning to live up to the potential he showed as an All-American and Walker Cup member while at the University of Alabama.

Now 27 years old, Cauley has locked up his Tour card for 2018-19 after vacillating between the Web.com Tour and the PGA Tour.

Cauley was under par twice at the PGA Championship (T33) recently and has four top-10s this season.

Sedgefield has been kind to Cauley in the past. He placed third in 2012 and tied for 10th in 2016 with four rounds in the 60s.

If his iron play stays strong, Cauley could be in the mix for his first PGA Tour win this week.
