The Italian hasn’t shown much spark since his Trophee Hassan II victory last April but I was very encouraged by his top-20 finish last week at the Paul Lawrie Match Play. I’m betting on the possibility that this marks a return to his early spring form.

If you take the long view Molonari’s game is the best it’s been in several years and his work with his flatstick has been especially impressive.

Made in Denmark isn’t a regular stop on Molonari’s schedule although he did play the Himmerland in 2015. Although it wasn’t a terribly impressive performance, Molonari did make the cut and play the weekend, so he’s coming in with some local knowledge. If he can match that with the game is was playing in Morocco he’ll make a positive contribution to your fantasy golf team.

If you don’t like Molonari, take a look at Zander Lombard. He’s in the same salary range and might be a bit better positioned to help your team, even though he’s less experienced than Molonari.
