This will be Hatton’s fourth start in as many weeks, but why slow down when you’re on a roll? The 26-year-old Englishman has amassed seven top-20s in a row, including two wins and a T3.

In the Final Series, Hatton has placed himself in the top five thanks to a T16 in Turkey and a T19 last week in South Africa. He could’ve gotten in the mix to win last week with a good round on Saturday, but he posted a 76. At least he’s buoyed by his sense of humor.

Hatton has a solid history at the Earth Course: He debuted with a T6 in 2014, tied for 13th in ’15 and was solo second last year. He may have a bitter taste in his mouth, though. Hatton led by one on the 18th tee before bogeying and allowing Matthew Fitzpatrick to slide in for the win with a four-foot birdie putt.

Hatton is top-50 this season on the European Tour in driving distance, scrambling and putts per GIR.
