No longer known exclusively for his Bryan Brothers Youtube videos, Wesley Bryan is a bona fide PGA Tour player. The 27-year-old won the RBC Heritage and picked up five total top-10s last season as a rookie.

It was a relatively quiet fall season for Bryan save for a T9 at the Dunlop Phoenix in Japan.

Given Kapalua’s expansive greens, there’s no reason for Bryan to not have putter in hand a lot. That’s a good thing.

Bryan finished second in total putting last season and eighth in one-putt percentage.

Kapalua is a 7,452-yard par 73, but elevation changes and generous fairways take some teeth out of that number, which can help a short hitter like Bryan (279.8 average driving distance, ranked 172nd on TOUR in 2017).

This week is Bryan’s debut at the Tournament of Champions. He missed the cut at the Sony Open in his Hawaii debut last season, but we’re looking for the island life to be a little nicer to him this time around.
