Pablo Larrazabal has been a productive, consistent European Tour player for seven years now. The Spaniard is already off to a good start in 2018 thanks to a T3 two weeks ago at the Maybank Championship.

Larrazabal, 34, was brilliant on the weekend for scores of 64 and 66 to nearly comeback to win.

He’s picked up three top-three finishes since his last win in 2015. This could be the week where he can stand out and finish the deal.

If he continues to hit the ball well as he did in Malaysia (first in the field with 87.5 percent GIR), he’ll be tough to beat.

Asides from being a little bit on the short side distance wise, Larrazabal doesn’t have any glaring weaknesses in his game.
