NEW DELHI, INDIA – MARCH 16: Pablo Larrazabal of Spain poses for a photograph prior to the start of the Hero Indian Open golf at Delhi Golf Club on March 16, 2016 in New Delhi, India. (Photo by Stuart Franklin/Getty Images) /

Pablo Larrazabal can be a bit of a streaky player. He appears to be on the upswing of late with two top-fives in his last three starts.

He’s scored par or better in 11 of his last 12 rounds where he’s a cumulative 23-under-par.

The Spaniard tied for third at the Maybank Championship by leading the field in greens in regulation. In his T4 at the Qatar Masters, Larrazabal was fifth in putts per GIR.

If he can marry those two strengths this week, he could be in line to win for the first time since 2015.

This will be Larrazabal’s debut at DLF. He tied for 51st in his last Indian Open start in 2016.
