Arnold Palmer Invitational Power Rankings: Top ten at Bay Hill
Kevin Chappell’s proven himself at Bay Hill over the years. He notched his best finish of his six total starts when he finished just a shot back of Jason Day.
In total, Chappell has three top-25s and tied for 49th in his last start at the API in 2017.
Even when he missed the cut in 2013, he still had an ace!
Chappell’s had a very solid 2018, going 5-for-5 (along with a start at the no-cut Tournament of Champions) in cuts made with two top-10s and no finishes lower than 31st.
Few are hitting the ball as well as Chappell (fifth in strokes gained tee-to-green) is right now. If he can avoid throwing away shots around the greens, he’ll be in line to win for the second season in a row.
