Rose has been solid in 2018 with three top-10s on the PGA Tour, including a solo third-place finish in his last start at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. He’ll be fresh this week after taking off last week’s Match Play off, too.

Rose is a trendy pick for Augusta and could really get himself on the radar with a good week. He posted a T15 finish at the 2017 Houston Open and has made his last four cuts here.

He’s 14th in scrambling and fifth in putting this season, showing he can hang around even if he only brings his “B” or “C” game to Houston. Rose has made his last eight cuts and is as close to a lock to make the weekend as any.
