Augusta National spares no expense in making the Masters the single best event in all of golf. This year, their brand-new gift shop will make you wish you could live there forever.

When you visit Augusta National for the Masters, there are a few things that automatically go to the top of your “to-do” list. This goes double if you’re only there for a single day. You need to get a pimento cheese sandwich (or a Georgia peach ice cream sandwich) with a sweet tea. You need to check out as much of the course as possible, starting at Amen Corner.

But of course, the Masters can also be a once-in-a-lifetime trip for many of the patrons inside Augusta’s hallowed grounds. Add to that the fact that Masters merchandise can only be purchased (at least at stock prices) at the Masters itself, and the gift shop is the first stop for a large number of visitors.

Augusta National has always made a point to take care of its patrons, but the shopping facilities always lagged a but by comparison. That is, until this year. In 2018, the Masters golf shop underwent massive renovations, and now it’s possibly beyond even the National’s own lofty standards.

You can check out more (incredible) pictures here. Built on the site of the old pavilion in record time, the new golf shop has twice the floor space of the old one, and boasts nearly 400 mannequins to display as many of the clothing options as possible – even for dogs.

Worried about the wait time? Don’t be. The shop is built for efficiency, with freight elevators and drop chutes designed to keep shelves full, and 64 registers for speedy checkout. Outside of the main sales floor, there’s an on-site shipping and storage facility. Nobody wants to lug 200 pounds of souvenirs around Augusta’s hills in 80-degree heat.
