RBC Heritage Power Rankings: Top 10 picks at Harbour Town
Last week in Augusta was technically closer to his home of Aiken, South Carolina, but Kevin Kisner will be in his home state here in Hilton Head.
He’s had some good home cooking recently, dropping in a playoff to Jim Furyk in 2015 and tying for 11th last year.
He’s made four out of five cuts at this event.
Leading into the week, Kisner looks like he’s pulled himself out of a funk. After missing three of his last four cuts, the former Georgia Bulldog made it to the WGC-Match Play Finals and was T28 at the Masters.
Kisner is eighth on Tour in putting and is waiting for his ballstriking to come around. He should find more fairways than he has been with lesser clubs. An average irons week could be all it takes for Kisner to don the tartan jacket.
