Much of this week’s field will be shaking off the rust after the European Tour’s hiatus. Paul Dunne was among the few who were able to make some starts in the USA.

The Irishman made the most of his opportunities, placing T5 at the Corales Puntacana Resort & Club Championship and T8 at the Houston Open.

Dunne won in the fall against a talented field at the British Masters and also was a runner-up in 2017.

At the Open de España, Dunne’s made one start, a T16 in 2016.

Dunne leads the European Tour in par-3 scoring (2.79) and is one of this week’s top putters (37th in putts per GIR).
