Pablo Larrazabal’s one of the European Tour’s top players in 2018 who’s yet to win.

His tournament schedule is littered with high finishes, particularly in recent starts.

The 34-year-old from Barcelona has recorded an impressive stretch in his last four starts: T3 at the Maybank Championship, T44 at the Oman Open, T4 at the Qatar Masters and another T4 at the Hero Indian Open.

Larrazabal’s getting his work done around the greens. He’s 21st in strokes gained putting and 30th in SG around-the-green. On a shorter course like this, those stats could make the difference for one of this week’s crowd favorites.

In his last two starts in Spain, Larrazabal posted a T12 at last fall’s Andalucia Masters and a T29 at the 2016 Open de España both at Valderrama.
