Jeunghun Wang comes to Morocco seeking to regain both the form he held early this season as well as at this event in 2016.

At just 20 years old, the South Korean won the 2016 Trophee Hassan II in a playoff over Nacho Elvira for the first of his now three European Tour wins.

Unfortunately, stats were not kept at the 2016 event, so we’ll have to rely solely on what Wang’s shown us in recent history.

He likely used his superb ball striking to get it done as that’s been his bread and butter this season. He’s 12th in strokes gained tee-to-green and 17th in SG approach-the-green.

Even if he misses the mark, Wang’s never out of a hole thanks to his 10th place mark in scrambling.

Wang started off this season strong with a T15 in Abu Dhabi and a T6 in Dubai. He’s made five of seven cuts overall.
