Pablo Larrazabal is a four-time winner on the European Tour. He’d probably argue he should have more.

The Spaniard’s been in the mix for his first since 2015 often lately.

Larrazabal’s made five cuts in a row, three of which have been top-five finishes.

At his home open last week, he tied for 21st and had low rounds of 67 and 65.

Larrazabal’s tied for 49th in 2010 and was T13 last year at the Trophee Hassan II.

Though not a powerful hitter, the 34-year-old is great on and around the greens. He’s also 19th in bogey avoidance, which seems like a pertinent stat based on how tough scoring’s been at Royal Dar es Salam in the past two years.
