Jorge Campillo is heating up.

The 31-year-old has three top-fives in his last four starts with the other a T27 at the WGC-Mexico Championship.

He was a solo runner-up at the Maybank Championship and was in the mix to win his national open last week where he posted T5. Earlier in the year, Campillo racked up two other top-15 finishes.

Campillo is 17th on the European Tour in stroke average thanks to his 11th place standing in strokes gained putting, 23rd in greens in regulation and 43rd in strokes gained off-the-tee.

He’s also 43rd in distance and should have enough oomph to get around the Red Course

In his Trophee Hassan II debut in 2017, Campillo tied for 19th and was only seven shots off the winning score.
