Kiradech Aphibarnrat is one of Asia’s hottest players in 2018. After coming tantalizingly close several times late in 2017, the Thai’s bust down the door.

He won the ISPS Handa World Super 6 Perth in a 93-hole marathon and beat up on the field at the Richard Mille Brunei Championships on the Asian Development Tour.

He’s a strong head-to-head player as shown in his run to the WGC-Match Play quarterfinals. Tack on a T5 at the WGC-Mexico Championship, and ‘barnrat’s got quite the resume.

Aphibarnrat is getting it done these days with his ball striking and short game. He’s ninth in strokes gained tee-to-green and sixth around-the-green.

A missed cut at last year’s China Open seems like an aberration. He’s yet to miss one on the European Tour this season and will be well-rested coming off of three weeks away.
