Aaron Wise made it through an 11-for-3 playoff. The recent Oregon grad/college national champ a recent winner (and runner-up) on the PGA Tour and has a chance to make noise at Shinnecock.

Steve Stricker is still playing amazing golf at age 51. He nearly earned medalist honors in qualifying for his 21st U.S. Open.

Sam Burns kept up a big day for LSU Tiger nation by winning a competitive sectional qualifier.
