Father’s Day is just around the corner, and the question always returns: what do you get a golf-loving dad? If a day to watch the U.S. Open just won’t do it, this is part one of a two-part gift guide, for dads of all budgets and preferences.

Father’s Day is fast approaching, and if you have a golfing dad (as so many of us do), there’s no shortage of interesting gift ideas this year.  From low-priced and low-tech to ridiculously expensive and technically complicated, the range of gift ideas is amazing.

While every dad loves getting a dozen new balls or the swing trainer du jour, these gifts have the ability to stand the test of time. All dad will need is a little free time to work on his game. And, of course, with these gifts, that probably won’t be too hard for him to find.

In Part One, we’re taking a look at a few gifts that won’t break the bank. Even on the top end of this price range, hey, it’s dad’s day. Nothing wrong with making him feel extra special, right? Pick one of these up for the dad in your life, and he’ll definitely be thrilled.
