After a slow start to 2018, Lucas Bjerregaard is back at the pace he left us in 2017.

On the heels of a win and three more top-10s last year, Bjerregaard has three top-10s just since April.

He took solo sixth at the China Open, fifth at the Sicilian Open and most impressively was T3 at the BMW PGA Championship. Bjerregaard also made the cut at the Italian Open in his last start two weeks ago.

In those four events, the Dane is 47-under-par.

He’s seen this week’s course twice in his career.

Bjerregaard is 62nd in strokes gained around the green, 51st tee to green and 57th off the tee. He knows how to go low, making 4.59 birdies per round to place 12th on the European Tour.
