Russell Henley posted four rounds in the 60s, including a Friday 64, to finish T5 in 2017. He was also solo fifth in 2015 thanks to a Sunday 63.

Going low is Henley’s style. The former Georgia Bulldog is 47th in birdie average and has made plenty of par breakers in recent weeks.

Henley’s ripe for a win with a T6 in his last start at the Travelers Championship and a T25 at the U.S. Open that belies his play that got him into contention for the first two-three rounds.

He also owns a T8 at the Houston Open and six total top-25s this week. He’s missed just two cuts since February and never worse than T58 when playing the weekend.

Henley is 27th in strokes gained on approaches, thanks in part to sitting 10th on Tour in driving accuracy, hitting nearly 70 percent of his fairways.

His short game hasn’t been on point this season, but he looked to be making some strides in his last start.
