Johnson Wagner has been very consistent this summer. The 38-year-old three-time Tour winner comes to the Barbasol Championship off of nine made cuts in his last 10 starts.

He shot 64-66 to open last week at the John Deere Classic en route to a T16. In his last 10, Wagner has four finishes of T32 or higher, the best a T13 at the Wells Fargo.

Wagner is having an elite year on the greens, checking in at eighth on Tour in strokes gained putting. He’s also 44th around the greens.

His ball striking stats are well into the 100s in rank, though, and tend to make the difference between a small or large payday.

Wagner is near the FedEx Cup playoffs bubble. I expect him to jockey his way up closer to the top 125 come Sunday.
