Patrick Reed is a card-carrying European Tour member, though this is just his second “true” Euro event along with the Scottish Open a couple weeks ago.

Reed will reappear on this tour closer to the Race to Dubai Final Series. For now, the Masters champ is focused on building on a solid Porsche European debut from last year.

Reed finished T19 and had an outside chance at contending before a Sunday 73 derailed such plans.

He is 26th on the PGA Tour in par-5 scoring and played these holes in a staggering 13-under last year at Green Eagle. He made an albatross in the second round.

Reed is having a scorching 2018. He posted five straight top-10s during his Masters chase and backed it up by contending at the U.S. Open on the way to fourth place.

He was also in the top 30 in Scotland and at the Open.
