Barracuda Championship: Power ranking the top 10 golfers at Montreux
Don’t be afraid to take Streels.
Kevin Streelman comes in fresh this week after taking two weeks off following his T7 at the John Deere Classic.
It was Streelman’s fifth top-10 of the 2017-18 season. He’s missed just four cuts in 23 events and has made five of his last six.
Streelman is very accurate off the tee (12th) and on approaches (second in greens in regulation). He’s also third in proximity from the rough in case he goes astray.
The 39-year-old two-time Tour winner isn’t known as a birdie maker, but he’s a smart player who should know where to pick his spots this week.
Streelman tied for 33rd in 2008 and tied for 31st in 2010, but has not teed it up at Montreaux since the event switched to modified stableford.
