Ryan Moore’s having a nice season, but a win would make it a little more memorable.

Moore has four top-10s and nine top-25s in 2017-18 against just four missed cuts. He’s made four cuts in a row coming into this week and played the weekend at each of the three majors he teed it up in.

Above all else, Moore is well-versed in playing Sedgefield. The 35-year-old Washingtonian won the Wyndham Championship in 2009 and is 5-for-7 in cuts made at this venue.

He finished T10 in 2015 and was T24 last year.

Moore is 24th on Tour in strokes gained approaching the green and 21st in SG around the green. Despite his unorthodox swing, he’s fourth on Tour in driving accuracy.

He’s 12th in par-4 scoring as well.

Moore is a short hitter and can be discounted at some of events, but he’s got as good a shot as any this week.
