These English-heavy power rankings march on with Matthew Southgate.

The 29-year-old is one of the best out there without a win. He’s come relatively close this summer with a T5 at the Rolex Series’ Open de France and a T10 in his last start two weeks ago at the Nordea Masters.

He’s up to three top-10s on the season and made the cut at the Open Championship where he opened with a 69.

Southgate enters the week having made five straight cuts.

He is fifth in eagles per round, making one per tournament. On a short par-72 course, Southgate should have some fun on the four par-5s.

He’s also eighth in greens in regulation and 23rd in strokes gained approaching the green.
