Made in Denmark: Power Ranking the top 10 at Silkeborg Ry

Matt Fitzpatrick has had some nice finishes this year but is still looking to turn it into overdrive. Coming to a tree-lined course for which he likes could get him going.

He needs a big week if he’s going to make his straight Ryder Cup team. It requires a win and Thorbjorn Olesen to finish outside the top seven and ties.

Fitzpatrick has two top-10s and six more top-30s worldwide. He was T36 in his last start at the PGA Tour’s Wyndham Championship.

He’s 47th on the European Tour in both strokes gained putting and driving accuracy. He is brought back to the field at a short course like this as well.

This is the young Englishman’s first Made in Denmark start, but it’s everyone’s first time seeing Silkeborg Ry so pay no mind.
