Danny Willett is primed to break through at Crans-sur-Sierre. The Englishman was 7-for-7 in cuts made at the Omega European Masters prior to last year’s missed cut.

He’s since shaken out of his slump that riddled him this time last year and is back to playing good golf.

Willett MC’d last week in Denmark but still has four top-25s in his previous six starts. He has two top-10s in 18 starts after just one in 21 in 2017.

He finished T2 here in 2012 when he shot in the 60s each day. Willett was just two shots out of the lead when he posted a T5 in 2014.

Willett is 39th in strokes gained off the tee this year and has above average marks around the greens.
