RSM Classic: Power ranking the top ten at Sea Island

Winning the Web.com Tour money list isn’t a guaranteed predictor of success. It seems as if it was for Sungjae Im, though.

After the South Korean became the youngest to lead the Web money list at age 20, he’s translated his form to the big leagues.

He finished one shot out of a playoff in his PGA Tour debut at the Safeway Open (T4) and also posted T15 in Vegas.

Im is a solid all-around player. He’s fourth this season in scoring average thanks to his prowess off the tee (ninth in strokes gained) and with the putter (sixth SG).

This will be his RSM Classic debut.

Im missed the cut last week in Mexico, though I wouldn’t ring the alarm. He still shot a 66 on Thursday and could use the rest on the weekend as the RSM Classic will be his fifth start in the last five weeks.
