Martin Kaymer is the only major champion at this year’s World Cup of Golf. He seeks his first win since 2014, though he came close with a T2 at this year’s BMW International Open. He also had two top-25s in the recent Race to Dubai Final Series including T5 at the Turkish Airlines Open.

In his Ryder Cup career, he was 0-0-1 in foursomes and 2-1-0 in four balls.

Kaymer is 17th in strokes gained putting while Kieffer is the better ball striker at the moment.

Kieffer, 28, is 24th in strokes gained off the tee thanks to straight as an arrow driving. He’s also seventh in sand saves and 34th in SG around the green.

Kieffer owns two top-10s this year including one fairly recently at the Valderrama Masters (T5).
