Masters: Most Interesting Players to Watch this Year

Haotong Li

Here is the guy that I am unreasonably excited to watch. For some reason, I just like watching him play. He’s the youngest guy on my list, coming in at 23 years old. He has the least amount of experience out of anyone on this list as well. Other than Tiger, Haotong is the one i am most excited about watching.

He has only made the trip to The Masters once, playing there last year, finishing T32. Funny enough, he tied with Tiger Woods, who he is going to be playing with today. Three of his rounds were actually quite good, as he shot 69-76-72-72.

For someone so young and so inexperienced to shoot so well at the largest tournament in the world is a great confidence builder. I’m really excited to watch Haotong, and the little ticket in my pocket that says odds to win masters with his name on it might have something to do with it.

The event is starting to get well underway, and Haotong, Tiger, and Rahm are set to tee off within the next hour. Best wishes to everyone playing this year, and I’m off to watch the event, along with these players that interest me the most.
