This week, the PGA heads to Memphis for the WGC-FedEx St. Jude Invitational. With that comes another round of Pro Golf Now staff picks to win.

This week at the St. Jude Invitational, we see if we can get the winner right this time around.

None of us saw Shane Lowry winning the British Open last week, although he was mentioned in a few places as a player to watch. The best finish from last week’s group was those who picked Koepka. He still managed a T-4th finish, so congratulations to Mike Randleman, Richie Randolph, and Kathy Bissell for last week.

This week’s edition is a little more concise. Let’s get down to it with the Pro Golf Now staff picks to win in Memphis. All of our odds were pulled from Oddsshark.

Dustin Johnson – 9/1 – favorite

@KathyBissell1 – Kathy Bissell – DJ is a WGC maestro.

@mike_randleman – Mike Randleman – The two-time winner in Memphis has what it takes to beat a tougher field now that this event is a WGC.

West Valentine – He’s won at the course before and he’s due. TPC courses generally favor big hitters and if his putter gets warm, he could make a bunch of birdies and eagles.

Rory McIlroy – 9/1 – favorite

@CameronSalce – Cameron Salce – I’m thinking Rory McIlroy bounces back in a big way after a difficult performance last week and he gets his third win of the season.

Justin Thomas – 14/1

@mdhirst95 – Matthew Hirst – There are a lot of solid picks this week, but JT is mine. He’s coming off of a hot stint in Europe with T9 and T11 finishes at the Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open and The Open Championship respectively. He looks to be regaining form in wake of his recent time off due to a wrist injury and I think this week shapes up nicely for him.

He has yet to win this year, and despite the venue being new, he’s technically defending champion alongside DJ. Sure, it’s a different course, but I think this track also fits his eye well. Furthermore, conditions will be nice compared to some of the weather he has seen over the past couple of weeks. I feel that will do his wrist and game wonders, as long as he can drop some putts.

Patrick Cantlay – 20/1

@golfcoachoday – Chris O’Day – He has been playing fantastic golf lately. 10th, 12th, 12th, and 25th in SG off the tee, approaching the green, around the green, and putting. 2nd overall in SG Total. He also has the lowest scoring average on the season. Win number two comes to Cantlay this week at the St. Jude Invitational.

Tommy Fleetwood – 22/1

@member4aday – Eric Sedransk – Tommy “locks” Fleetwood is a man on a mission right now.

@kkuhrts – Kasey Kuhrts – I think Tommy Fleetwood is getting his first PGA Tour win this weekend!

Xander Schauffele – 22/1

@bcris4 – Ben Criswell – Schauffele scuffled at the British Open after the R&A randomly tested his driver and found it to be nonconforming. He sticks it to the man this week and takes home the win.

Gary Woodland – 40/1

Bill Felber – Why? Because he has as good a chance as anybody. Also because he missed the cut at the British Open, meaning he got to come back a couple of days early and get his body re-oriented.

Billy Horschel – 66/1

@geeversgolf – Hans Geevers – He has outstanding course history at TPC Southwind. I think it’s crystal clear that he is comfortable on this golf course. Horschel has always favored Bermuda greens. He will get Bermuda greens this week. Additionally, the extreme heat that is expected in Memphis this week will not be an issue for Horschel. Billy went to college at the University of Florida. I expect him to be in contention on Sunday.

Danny Willett – 66/1

@RichieRandolph – Richie Randolph – He is coming off a T6 at the Open Championship and also notched top 15 finishes at the Canadian and U.S. Open. The 2016 Masters Champion is showing signs of life after a brutal stretch of golf and is primed for a breakout week in his debut at TPC Southwind.

Thorbjorn Olesen – 125/1

@mattjcoles – Matt Coles – He loves the tournament, having finished in the top ten (2017) and top three (2018) in the last couple of years. Despite the change of venue, from Firestone to Southwind, I feel like the Dane will grab his first win on the PGA Tour this week!
