Tommy Fleetwood has kept his game sharp this fall. Since reaching the Tour Championship on the PGA Tour, the Englishman jumped across the pond to play on the European Tour.

Fleetwood made all three cuts in Europe, which included a T-8 at the Porsche European Masters and T-5 at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.

The 28-year-old made his 2019-2020 PGA Tour debut last week with a T-20 at the CJ Cup (71-70-71-67).

He should be able to carve up a course like Narashino. He was 13th in strokes gained tee to green (1.11) last season and 15th in SG around the green (.329).

Fleetwood is in danger of going winless worldwide for the first time since 2016. He did come close at the Open Championship (second) and the Arnold Palmer Invitational (T-3).

This is a no-cut event, but Fleetwood has still made 22 of them in a row worldwide. There’s something to be said, at least in the daily fantasy sports world, for a guy you can count on to at least keep your team afloat.

He’s played well in Asia before with two wins in the United Arab Emirates in 2017 and 2018 as well as runner-up finishes in China in 2014 and 2017.
