He may divide opinion, but Patrick Reed is one of the best golfers in the world, and he comes in at No.5 on our Power Rankings for the Saudi International powered by SoftBank Investment Advisers.

The 2018 Masters Champion is on a wonderful run of form, having finished inside the top 40 at 20 of his last 21 tournaments, dating back to the U.S. Open in June.

In that time, he has won once, along with finishing inside the top ten on eight other occasions, with that victory coming at the Northern Trust on the PGA TOUR in August.

Reed also came home in T5 at the Rocket Mortgage Classic, 10th at the British Open Championship, and T8 at the WGC-HSBC Champions. On the European Tour, he finished in T4 at the BMW PGA Championship, the flagship event, and T10 at the Turkish Airlines Open.

The American has continued his good form into the new season, with a 3rd place the Hero World Challenge just before Christmas, before finishing runner-up at the Sentry Tournament of Champions and a T6 finish at the Farmers Insurance Open on Sunday afternoon.

The former Green Jacket winner appeared in Saudi Arabia last year, but could only manage a 56th place finish. Could the World No.12 make a splash in Saudi this time round?
