This Thursday, the Outlaw Tour presents the fantasy golf community with the third round of the TPC Champions Classic!

Before I discuss my fantasy golf player selections I wanted to clearly indicate that I am not providing a specific lineup. However, I am providing multiple golfer options in an effort to assist the reader in generating a unique lineup that will hopefully have the potential to win a Draftkings third round showdown contest!

Here are my player selections for Thursday’s third round showdown contest!

Colton Yates $8,900

In April of this year, Yates fired a third round 66 at the GCU Championship (Golden State Tour) en route to an eventual third place finish.

Riley Wheeldon $8,500

The 29 year old Canadian has played 16 final rounds on the Golden State and Outlaw Tours combined in 2020. In those 16 rounds played, he has an average final round score of 68.38. Additionally, he has an impressive five consecutive top 11 finishes on the Outlaw Tour, including a fifth place finish at the Orange Tree Classic in April.

Wheeldon will start Thursday’s third and final round of the TPC Champions Classic in a tie for tenth place with a two round cumulative score of five under par.

Tyler Weworski $7,900

He shot a final round 66 in last week’s Scottsdale AZ Open on his way to a 16th place result. It should be noted that the Scottsdale AZ Open featured a stacked field of talent that included multiple PGA Tour players.

Andrew Funk $7,900

He has played six final rounds on the Outlaw Tour this season. His final round scoring average in those six rounds played is 67.33. Additionally, Funk has three top nine finishes in his last four events on the Outlaw Tour, including a seventh place finish at the Verrado Founders Championship in April.

Jake Byrum $7,500

Byrum finished 16th at the 2019 TPC Champions Classic. He will enter tomorrow’s third and final round in a tie for 20th place.

Daniel Hudson $7,000

He has played a total of 23 rounds on the Outlaw Tour this year. In those 23 rounds played, Hudson has a birdie or better percentage of 20.8%. He also finished ninth at the Verrado Founders Championship last month.

I also like the following golfers in tomorrow’s showdown/fantasy golf third round contest: Patrick Flavin $9,700: Chad Hambright $8,000: Grant Booth $6,800.

As always, good luck!
