Danny Willett comes to the Bermuda Championship for the first time.

The Englishman is looking to regain his form at Port Royal after some poor recent results.

Willett missed five straight cuts before turning it around in his last outing at the BMW PGA Championship. He took T-32nd in his title defense against a strong field at Wentworth.

His career has been hot and cold. He rose up the ranks on the European Tour before winning the 2016 Masters.

Once a top-10 player, Willett’s game cratered after donning the green jacket. He has since recovered to level out to be around a top-50 player.

Willett was T-4th this summer at the Rocket Mortgage Classic.

He improved from 127th (-.13) strokes gained putting in 2018-19 to 54th (.239) last season. Willett was also 30th in sand saves (56.76%), a nifty skill to have in your pocket at a course like this.

Driving up Magnolia Lane in a couple weeks should be enough to get the juices flowing again for Willett. So will a good showing this week like I predict.
