It’s never to early to talk about golf betting. Having stated that, let’s take an early look at my sleeper/longshot player picks for the 2021 Masters!

There once was a time when the golf betting world observed winners at Augusta National that carried odds of 100-1 or more on a more frequent basis. Frankly, you just don’t see that occur much anymore. The last Masters champion to have pre-tournament odds of 100-1 or more was Angel Cabrera (125-1) in 2009.

Just because we haven’t seen a longshot winner at the Masters in over a decade doesn’t mean it won’t happen in 2021. After all, golf betting trends are made to be broken.

Here are my Golf Betting First Look Sleeper Picks for the 2021 Masters!

Dylan Frittelli +10000

The 30 year old South African has been playing some quality golf over the course of the last six months. Let’s take a look at the data. Frittelli has played 17 golf tournaments since June. In those 17 events just mentioned, Frittelli has seven top 22 finishes, including a fifth place result at the Masters.

Harris English +10000

Yes, I know that the American has only played the Masters twice producing a 42nd place finish in 2016 and a missed cut in 2014. However, I also know that Harris English is a far better golfer now than he was in 2016.

English played simply outstanding last year. Since September of 2019, English has played 26 tournaments on the PGA Tour. In those 26 events just mentioned, English has an impressive 18 top 25 finishes, including a fourth place finish at the 2020 U.S. Open.

The 31 year old currently ranks seventh in birdie average (4.82), fifth in actual scoring average (68.50), and tenth in par five scoring average (4.42) on the PGA Tour.

Corey Conners +10000

The Canadian certainly finished 2020 in good form. In his last seven events played on the PGA Tour, Conners had six top 24 finishes, including an eighth place result at the ZOZO Championship @ Sherwood.

It should also be noted that Conners finished tenth at the 2020 Masters.
