Atlanta Athletic Club was an incredible host to the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, and it was great to see fans out there supporting these golfers. As someone who tuned in heavily for the first time, this writer enjoy every minute of this major championship.

The field was outstanding, and it was great to see the talent displayed. From Celine Boutier’s impressive Friday round, to Inbee Park’s incredible short game, along with the Korda/Salas duel, this major championship provided everything the young fan and new fan alike could enjoy.

Nelly Korda’s victory at the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship is a huge one for the LPGA, and her rise to number one in the rankings could mean she takes up the mantle as one of the faces of the sport. At just 22 years old, she will be in contention for more majors down the line and be an inspiration to many people aspiring to play the game.
