Watch 2023 Masters winner Jon Rahm put on the Green Jacket
Check out Jon Rahm putting on the iconic Green Jacket after winning the Masters on Sunday.
On the anniversary of the great Seve Ballesteros’s 1983 Masters win, Spaniard Jon Rahm etched his own name in the history books at Augusta National.
Rahm, who will once again ascend to the top of the world rankings on Monday, demonstrated resilience all week on his way to becoming this year’s Masters champion.
The now two-time major champion spectacularly bounced back from a four-putt double bogey on his opening hole of the tournament and overcame a two-shot deficit to Brooks Koepka heading into Sunday’s final round to claim this year’s Green Jacket.
In the end, Jon Rahm’s 12-under par tally over the course of the four rounds this year was good enough for a four-shot margin of victory over runners-up, Phil Mickelson (-8) and Brooks Koepka (-8).
Jon became just the second Spanish player to win two different major championships, and the first European to win both the Masters and the U.S. Open in their career.
Take a look at that special moment Jon Rahm received his Green Jacket from last year’s Masters winner Scottie Scheffler.

The 2023 Masters champion donned the famous jacket once again on the 18th green as the celebrations continued.
After winning the Masters, Jon Rahm has now won four times in 2023 already, having previously won at the Sentry Tournament of Champions in Hawaii, The American Express, and the Genesis Invitational at the iconic Riviera Country Club.
The Spaniard is now halfway to winning the coveted career grand slam as well, having previously won the U.S. Open in 2021 prior to this weekend’s win at Augusta. The 28-year-old can accomplish that rare feat now by winning both the PGA Championship and the Open Championship during his career.
Brooks Koepka, who led for the majority of the week, struggled to get anything going over the course of his final round on Sunday on his way to a final round 75.
Meanwhile, Phil Mickelson finished his Masters in style by shooting an astonishing 7-under 65 on Sunday en route to a T2 finish.
The three-time Masters champion final round 65 marked the lowest round ever by a player 50 or older.
