DP World Tour Fantasy Golf: Omega European Masters DFS Picks

This week, the DP World Tour travels to the mountains of Switzerland for the 2023 Omega European Masters. A stacked field of talent will compete to raise the winner’s trophy on Sunday afternoon! Let’s take a look at this week’s DP World Tour event from a fantasy golf perspective.
The 2023 Omega European Masters will be played at the Golf Club Crans-Sur-Sierre in Crans-Montana, Valais, Switzerland. The golf course is a par 71 that measures approximately 6,824 yards. It should also be noted the course is over 5,000 feet above sea level.
Before I discuss my fantasy golf player selections I wanted to emphasize that the purpose of this article is not to provide an exact lineup for a specific fantasy provider.
Having stated that, this article will provide multiple player options in an effort to assist the reader in generating a unique lineup that will hopefully have the potential to win a GPP (guaranteed prize pool) contest!
Here are my DFS/fantasy golf player selections for the 2023 Omega European Masters.
2023 Omega European Masters DFS Selections
Matt Fitzpatrick
The talented Englishman has accumulated two consecutive top-nine finishes on the PGA Tour, including a second-place result at the 2023 BMW Championship two weeks ago.
It should also be noted that Matt Fitzpatrick has an exceptional historical record at this event. Let me be more specific. Matt Fitzpatrick has played the Omega European Masters five times since 2015. In those 15 tournaments just mentioned, Fitzpatrick has accumulated an impressive four top-seven finishes, including a win at the 2017 Omega European Masters.
In my opinion, upon conclusion of the final round on Sunday, Matt Fitzpatrick will be in the vast majority of winning fantasy golf lineups across all DFS platforms.
Alexander Bjork
Alexander Bjork has accumulated four top 14 finishes in his last six tournaments played on the DP World Tour, including an eighth-place result at the 2023 British Masters last month.
Bjork finished 13th at the 2021 Omega European Masters.
Antoine Rozner
Antoine Rozner has accumulated two consecutive top 22 finishes on the DP World Tour, including a 20th-place result at the 2023 Open Championship last month.
Matthew Southgate
Two weeks ago, Matthew Southgate fired a third-round 66 at the 2023 ISPS Handa World Invitational en route to an eventual ninth-place finish.
Southgate finished 23rd at the 2022 Omega European Masters.
