With the first major of the season in the books, the RBC Heritage welcomes a strong field for the fourth Signature Event of the season.
With The Masters in the rearview mirror, there is no time for rest as the big events keep coming. The RBC Heritage at Harbour Town Golf Links (Par-71, 7,213 yards) will be the first of three Signature Events in a four-week span. As a Signature Event on the schedule, the majority of big names on the PGA Tour will make the short trip from Augusta to tee it up at one of the season's iconic venues.
After securing a second consecutive Masters victory, Rory McIlroy is one of the few big names not in the field this week. World No.1 Scottie Scheffler leads the strong 82-man field teeing it up at the 2026 RBC Heritage.
Eight of the top 10 OWGR-ranked players, including Cameron Young, Tommy Fleetwood, Russell Henley, Xander Schauffele, Collin Morikawa, and 2023 RBC Heritage winner Matt Fitzpatrick, will join Scheffler in the season's fourth Signature Event. Additionally, defending champion Justin Thomas and 2022 winner Jordan Spieth are also set to tee it up.
With three of the last five editions of the RBC Heritage being decided by a playoff, including Justin Thomas's triumph at Harbour Town last year, this is an event that delivers exciting conclusions more often than not. Will the 2026 RBC Heritage come down to the wire again? Let's make some picks and predictions for the year's fourth Signature Event.
2026 RBC Heritage picks and predictions
Top 20 pick for the RBC Heritage: Brian Harman (+205)
After opening with a 7-over, 79 at The Masters, Harman battled back to make the cut at Augusta National en route to a T33 finish. He has had some mixed results this season, but has shown up in some of the bigger events, including finishing T19 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, and tying for 11th at The Players last month. Harman has a phenomenal record at Harbour Town, finishing T13 or better in four of his last five starts at the RBC Heritage.
Sleeper pick for the RBC Heritage: Wyndham Clark (+11500)
Clark has finished top-30 on his last three visits to Harbour Town, including tying for 3rd here in 2024. After some mixed results this season, Clark showed some positive signs at Augusta National last weekend, finishing T21. The 2024 AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am winner has had some good results at similar venues and comes into the RBC Heritage top-15 in the field in both approach and from tee to green over his last twenty rounds, per Data Golf.
Pick to win the RBC Heritage: Min Woo Lee (+5200)
Coming off a disappointing Masters, Lee will look to get back on track at the RBC Heritage. He has had a fantastic season to date, with four top-12 finishes in eight starts, including a runner-up finish at Pebble Beach and a T6 at the Arnold Palmer Invitational, two of the Signature Events on this year's schedule. Lee will make his third start at the RBC Heritage and look to improve upon a closing 3-under, 68 in the final round at Harbour Town last season.
Pick to win the RBC Heritage: Scottie Scheffler (+385)
After winning at The American Express in January and finishing tied for fourth at Pebble Beach, Scheffler struggled at times this season by his lofty standards, still, he hasn't finished worse than T25 in any start and looked to have found something at The Masters last weekend en route to a runner-up finish when he gained the most strokes on approach of his season so far. A winner at the RBC Heritage in 2024, Scheffler has finished T11 or better in each of his last three starts at Harbour Town. All signs point to the World No.1 threatening to win again soon.
