The 2026 PGA Tour regular season wraps up this week at the Wyndham Championship, and with the FedEx Cup Playoffs on the horizon, this event represents one final opportunity for players to work their way into the playoffs and cement their status for 2027.
Sedgefield Country Club (Par-70, 7,131 yards) in Greensboro, North Carolina, has been the home of the Wyndham Championship since 2008, and it will once again host the regular-season finale with a 147-man field looking to punch one of 70 tickets to the playoff opener at the FedEx St. Jude Championship.

Tom Kim continued his excellent season with his sixth top 20 finish of the year last time out at the 3M Open. A winner at the Genesis Scottish Open last month, Kim is set to tee it up for a third time at the Wyndham Championship after his inaugural PGA Tour win here in 2022.
He ranks first in the field in approach over the last month, per Data Golf, and 31st in driving accuracy on the PGA Tour this season. Kim has gained strokes on approach in an incredible nine consecutive starts coming into the Wyndham Championship.
Pick to win the Wyndham Championship: Justin Thomas (+2700)
Thomas returns to the Wyndham Championship for the first time since 2023, when he finished tied for 12th. The 2021 Players Champion is comfortably inside the top 70 in the standings and well-positioned for a deep playoff run thanks to six top-20 finishes in his last eight starts. The 2017 FedEx Cup winner finished T4 at the PGA Championship earlier in the year on another Donald Ross design.
Pick to win the Wyndham Championship: Ben Griffin (+2600)
Griffin returns to the Wyndham Championship having finished T11, T7, and solo fourth in three of his last four starts here. The North Carolina native has followed a breakthrough three-win year in 2025 with another excellent season that includes seven top-20 finishes and two top-fives in 22 starts in 2026. He has gained strokes on approach in every start dating back to the Charles Schwab Challenge in May and ranks ninth in the field in putting over the last three months.
