2024 The Sentry: Fantasy Golf Picks and DFS Selections for Kapalua

This week, the PGA Tour presents fantasy golf fans with the first event of the season, the 2024 Sentry.

Before I discuss my fantasy golf DraftKings player selections I wanted to emphasize that the purpose of this article is not to provide an exact lineup for a specific fantasy provider.

Having stated that, this article will provide multiple player options in an effort to assist the reader in generating a unique lineup that will hopefully have the potential to win a DraftKings GPP (guaranteed prize pool) contest!

The 2024 Sentry will have a limited field of 59 golfers. Additionally, this tournament will not have a standard cut after two rounds. All 59 players will play all four rounds.

Here are my fantasy golf/DraftKings player selections for the 2024 Sentry!

2024 Sentry Tournament DFS Selections

Max Homa $9,700

The talented American arrives at this week's 2024 Sentry in rather good form. More specifically, Max has accumulated six consecutive top-13 finishes (DP World and PGA Tours combined), including a win at the 2023 Nedbank Challenge six weeks ago.

In relation to this week's current listed 2024 Sentry field, in the last 50 rounds played on the PGA Tour, Max Homa ranks ninth in strokes gained putting, 14th in GIR (greens in regulation), fifth in bogey avoidance, and sixth in strokes gained on par fives. 

Additionally, Max Homa finished third at the 2023 Sentry.

Tony Finau $8,400

Tony Finau has accumulated two consecutive top-17 finishes on the PGA Tour, including a fourth-place result at the 2023 Hero World Challenge four weeks ago.

Tony Finau also finished seventh at the 2023 Sentry.

Cameron Davis $7,100

Cameron Davis has accumulated three consecutive top-12 finishes on the PGA Tour, including a third-place result at the 2023 Fortinet Championship in September.
