The Swede is riding a hot streak of five straight top-25s. He’s also finished top 26 in seven of his last eight events.

The only knock is he isn’t contending for titles, but I like him to change that this week. It would be a shame if the multiple-time champion on the DP World Tour never got that coveted first PGA Tour win.

For his career, Noren has three runner-up finishes on the PGA Tour. The most recent was the 2023 Butterfield Bermuda Championship.

Noren arrives to TPC Craig Ranch for the third time. His recent results at the CJ Cup Byron Nelson resemble his current form. He took T-21st (65-64-70-74) in 2021 where was in contention entering the weekend. Noren tacked on T-12th (70-63-71-64) in 2022,

In ‘22, Noren ranked 42nd or better in the field in all Strokes Gained categories, including 15th Off-the-Tee (2.777). He was also fourth in birdies (27).

The 41-year-old is quietly sixth on the PGA Tour this season in SG: Total (1.194). Noren may not get a ton of coverage on the TV broadcast, but he rarely has a poor week.

He gains strokes in every category and is a well-rounded player. Noren rarely gives away holes. He’s second in greens in regulation (72.76%) and first in scrambling (73.03%).

If not as a pick to win outright, Noren is one of the most reliable choices for daily fantasy lineups this week in Texas.
