RBC Canadian Open tee times, format, field, purse, how to watch for 2024
Sandwiched in between a signature event and two majors over a five-week stretch, the RBC Canadian Open should still provide plenty of drama and excitement as Canada's national open takes center stage once again.
The national championship north of the border has certainly delivered plenty and then some over the past couple of years. Most notably, last year when Canadian Nick Taylor triumphed in his nation's event to become the first Canadian in 69 years to lift the trophy. Taylor returns to this year's Canadian Open, albeit at a different locale, seeking back-to-back titles in his home nation.
World No. 3 Rory McIlroy joins Taylor in this year's RBC Canadian Open with the recent Wells Fargo Champion looking to conquer this year's host venue Hamilton Golf and Country Club once again. McIlroy, who won the Open at Hamilton in 2019, is in search of his third title in Canada in the event's last five editions.
With players including Tommy Fleetwood, Sahith Theegala, Shane Lowry, Sam Burns, and a plethora of Canadians looking to follow in Nick Taylor's footsteps and win their nation's championship, all in the field, it's set to be another enthralling week north of the border. Here is a look at all the information you need ahead of this year's RBC Canadian Open at Hamilton including tee times, this year's purse, and so much more.
