Tuesday night began the series of win-or-go-home games as Jupiter Links and the Bay Golf Club battled to see who would win the last playoff spot. Jupiter Links sent out Max Homa, Tom Kim, and Kevin Kisner, while the Bay responded with Ludvig Aberg, Min Woo Lee, and Wyndham Clark. Both teams came into this match playing well, with a combined record of 3-0-1 in their last four games.
Triples
The Bay got off to a hot start as they won the first hole with a tap-in par. They would continue to cruise in the early going as they won another point on the fourth hole with Kim's hybrid shot finding the penalty area. However, Kim's putter kept Jupiter in the match in the first few holes. They took his momentum and tied the match with a well-played Hammer, capitalizing on a penalty shot by Aberg.
With the match tied at two heading into the eighth hole, Aberg made a 12-foot putt to win the hole with a birdie. On the last hole of Triples, both teams were on the green with eagle opportunities. Kim missed his 48-foot putt, but more importantly, he gave the Bay and Lee a great read of the putt. Lee ended up making his 38-footer for eagle to give the Bay a 4-2 advantage heading into the match-play portion of the game.
Singles
Max Homa, who has played well all season and has bounced back from his subpar 2025 year, got Jupiter within one point after scoring a birdie. Yet again, the Bay struck the moment Jupiter got within reach.
The Bay threw a Hammer after Lee made yet another lengthy birdie putt. On hole 12, it was Clark's turn to make a long birdie putt. He knocked in his 16-footer and Euro-stepped his way to the hole that would make Fat Perez and the Bob Does Sports gang proud. However, those smiles would soon be wiped from the Bay's faces as they took their 6-3 lead with three holes remaining.
Jupiter had two Hammers remaining and threw one before the tee shot on 13. Once again, Max Homa rose to the occasion and made a tough up-and-down to secure the hole for Jupiter as Aberg missed his par opportunity. Jupiter then threw their final Hammer on hole 14 to potentially take the lead.
Tom Kim took the tee and hit his wedge perfectly, spinning it back into the hole for the second hole-in-one in TGL history. His teammates, along with the crowd, erupted into a frenzy as one of the most energetic golfers in the league made a historic shot for the Jupiter franchise.

After the celebration calmed down, there was still one hole to play with Jupiter leading by one. The Bay threw a Hammer to make this a win-and-get-in situation. The Bay confidently deployed Clark on the long par‑5, knowing Kisner’s shorter game put him at a disadvantage.
Clark’s second shot left him just 39 feet from the hole, putting him in prime position to get up‑and‑down for birdie. Unfortunately for him and the Bay, he made a mess around the green and ended up with a par on the hole. However, Kisner hit three perfect shots in a row and nailed his 13-foot putt for birdie and the victory.
