It was a fun little week at the Wyndham Championship. There was a lot of movement within the FedEx Cup standings. Some notable golfers didn’t make it, some fell off, and some played there way into next week at The Barclays.

Coming into the Wyndham Championship, Davis Love III was 186th in the FedEx Cup standings. For comparisons sake, Tiger Woods was 187th and he needed to win to get in.
So, the same situation was presented to Love and he got it done. Love made a fantastic run in the final round and won the Wyndham Championship to shoot up to 76th in the FedEx Cup standings.
It was a fun week and now we turn our attention to the FedEx Cup playoffs and the first tournament on tap is The Barclays.
The Barclays is a tournament which rotates courses and this year it is Plainfield Country Club’s turn. It hosted The Barclays back in 2011 where Dustin Johnson won after three rounds. The tournament that year was shortened due to Hurricane Irene.
Luckily, this year we won’t have to worry about that and should get all 72 holes in. So, with that, let’s get to The Barclays power rankings.
