Paula Creamer bleeds red, white and blue and although she’s having a perfectly horrible 2015 season how could Inkster have passed over Creamer? With five Solheim Cup appearances on her resume and an overall winning record across formats, it would have been foolish to not pick Creamer.
Ranked 40th by Rolex — a ranking that reflects her current slump — Creamer’s compiled an impressive record of 10 Tour wins and 87 additional career top-10 finishes over her ten-year pro career.
Creamer has the depth of experience to rise above her slump in the intense team environment of the Solheim Cup. I look for her to play well above her season performance in Germany.
