2009: Kenny Perry
Kenny Perry is currently playing on both the PGA Tour and the Champions Tour. Perry has won 14 events on the PGA Tour, and 8 more on the Champions Tour, including 3 senior major championships.
The Charles Bartlett Award is given to a golfer for their unselfish contributions to society. Perry won this award in 2002. One of the reasons behind this is that Perry donates 5% of his earnings on Tour to a scholarship at Lipscomb University. The Boys & Girls Club in Franklin, Kentucky and the Potter Children’s Home in Bowling Green, Kentucky are both focuses of Perry’s charitable donations.
